1. The service

BeamTV is a utility that transfers app packages from your phone to your Smart TV over your local Wi-Fi network and triggers the TV's own installer. Phone and TV must be on the same network with the TV's Developer Mode enabled.

2. Acceptable use

Only install packages you own or that are lawfully distributed.
Do not use BeamTV to distribute malware, pirated software, or content that infringes intellectual property.
You are responsible for complying with your TV manufacturer's terms.

3. BeamTV Pro

Pro is a one-time $4.99 lifetime purchase processed by Google Play or the App Store. Billing, refunds and renewals follow the store's policies. "Lifetime" means the life of the product offering.

4. No warranty

BeamTV is provided "as is". Sideloading results depend on TV model, firmware and network configuration, which we do not control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
